Dec.9,1942 Ka-Bar submitted a Fighting Knife to the U.S.
Marine Corps in the hope that it would become General Issue to that branch of the military. Earning only the greatest respect the Ka-Bar Knife was adopted by the Army, Navy, UDT and the Coast Guard of today. It is also a favorite of Survivalist and Knife Collectors.
